Jersey pick up and TEE BALL UNIFORM FITTINGS is scheduled for THURSDAY, MARCH 14th @ Papa's Pizza on West 11th.  The same day as our ALL DAY Papa's Pizza Fundraiser!  Why cook???  Bring (the attached) flyer to buy dinner and CBR will get $$$...WINNING!!
REMINDER:  Final payments are due for ALL levels.  If you chose to make payments online, your final payment will be automatically deducted from your account on the 15th.  
Alternate payment arrangements of any kind will not be made during this event.  If you need to make arrangements, please contact us before hand.
Prior to receiving your jersey, you will check in to make any final payments and return your WVBR raffle tickets!!  Make sure to return all tickets - sold or unsold...VERY IMPORTANT!!
Here is the schedule by team.  Space is VERY limited so it's important that you come at your teams designated time slot.


Please come get fitted for your uniform within this time frame!  If you haven't paid your $100 fee, payment will be due.  Uniforms will be disbursed within the first few practices and include hat, jersey, pants and sleeves.

JERSEY PICK-UP (by teams):

Rookie Minor, Rookie Major & AA:  5:45pm to 6:30pm

AAA, Major Minor, Majors & Prep:  6:30pm to 7:15pm

If you are still waiting for pants or sleeves, those will be given with jerseys.

We will have extra game hats ($25) , snapbacks ($20) and socks ($14.99 or 2 pair for $25) on hand for purchase. If you have requested to purchase additional game pants, we will have your pants there too.  Please note:  We are not bringing all pants to this event, so you need to have made purchase arrangements per the prior email.
